LONDON, Ontario — Police say a 10-year-old boy has been found in filthy conditions in a locked bedroom at an Ontario home, where they allege he’d been held for up to two years.

The boy was taken to hospital Thursday and was diagnosed as being underweight and suffering from malnutrition.

Police say the boy was being looked after by his aunt and uncle but no names were released to protect the child’s identity.
