Village councilor’s husband shot dead in Makati

MANILA, Philippines – The husband of a village councilor in Makati was shot dead at a gasoline station in Makati on Friday, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported.

The victim was identified in a separate radio report as Dodong Bagang, the husband of councilor Iza Deperia of barangay (village) Pio Del Pilar in Makati.

The report said the victim was having his car refueled at the gasoline station in the village when gunmen in a motorcycle rained bullets on the car.

Recovered in the site are .45 caliber gun and an armalite.
