MANILA, Philippines – The director general-on leave of the Technology Resource Center said an unsigned affidavit that has been attributed to Janet Lim-Napoles does not merit attention.

In the affidavit, a copy of which was given by former Senator Panfilo Lacson to the Senate blue ribbon committee, Dennis Cunanan allegedly received P960,000, which was delivered to him by Napoles’ nephew, John Lim, at a car showroom in Greenhills, San Juan.

But Cunanan’s lawyer Odessa Bernardo said: “I have not read that affidavit. That is an unsigned affidavit. We should not be talking about an unsigned affidavit.”
