Man found dead in Quezon City, alleged victim of summary execution–report
MANILA, Philippines–A man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found dead in Quezon City Friday morning, a radio report said.
The report said a still unidentified male victim was recovered in a canal in Barangay (village) UP Campus.
Police estimated the victim to be around 50 years old with white polo shirt and brown shorts placed inside a garbage bag with his head wrapped in plastic.
A note was left behind the victim’s body which read, ” Holdaper ako, wag ako tularan.”
The report added that the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) of the Quezon City is conducting an investigation.
