MANILA, Philippines–Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Tuesday afternoon said that there has been no commitment yet to make Janet Lim Napoles, the alleged mastermind in the Priority Development Assistance Fund scam, a state witness in the P10-billion anomaly.

In a media briefing, de Lima said that Napoles’ statements in her affidavit would still be evaluated and looked into before the Department of Justice (DOJ) decides if Napoles, who is the alleged principal in the scam, could stand as witness.
