To avoid the increase in prices of retail goods as a result of the Manila truck ban, the city government should allow the movement of cargo going to the northern area 24 hours a day. We are also asking the local government to allow empty trucks to travel during the window period. —Confederation of Truckers Association of the Philippines director Bert Suansing
