Fair weather in Luzon, Visayas—Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines—Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and the Visayas will experience fair weather on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

Because of the prevailing northeast monsoon, there may be isolated light rains, though, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tuesday in its morning bulletin.

Pagasa said Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from the northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas, and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough, Pagasa added.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
