MANILA, Philippines–Water supply will be temporarily interrupted in the entire North Caloocan area and in some parts of Quezon City on Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning, Maynilad said.
Grace Laxa, Maynilad Water Services Inc. spokesperson, announced in a radio interview that North Caloocan and selected Quezon City areas will experience water supply interruption starting 11:30 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Laxa said the interruption was due to the emergency repair of a discharged water valve in La Mesa Dam in Quezon City.
Below are the areas affected by the interruption:
-North Caloocan
In Quezon City:
-Barangay (village) Lagro
-Lagro Subdivision
-Casa Milan Subdivision
-Barangay (village) Pasong Putik
-Some parts of Barangay (village) San Agustin
The Maynilad spokesperson advised residents to store enough water in preparation for the water service interruption.
