Water service interruption set in parts of Makati City
MANILA, Philippines —A water service interruption is set to hit parts of Makati City from 10 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Sunday as part of Manila Water Company’s service upgrade in the area.
In a statement, the water concessionaire identified the Makati Central Business District, Bel Air, Urdaneta, Rockwell, San Lorenzo, Ayala Center, Estrella and Guadalupe Viejo as the affected areas.
The company said it would install a split tee for the proposed interconnection on the existing 500mm CIP line along EDSA northbound near corner P. Burgos St, Makati City.
Manila Water Company has advised all residents of the affected areas to store enough water to supply their needs during the interruption period.
