THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in Central Visayas recently received a check for 17,815 Malaysian Ringgits equivalent to P239,694.90 from Amitabha Malaysia, a charity organization.

“We are grateful for the generosity of the Malaysian people towards our countrymen especially to the survivors of supertyphoon Yolanda,” said DSWD Assistant Regional Director Nemia Antipala.
