Firemen put out fire at Eastern Petroleum building in Pasig City
MANILA, Philippines—The fire that broke out in an establishment in Pasig City late Tuesday afternoon was put out by firemen Tuesday night.
According to SFO2 Norberto Lacap, the fire that hit a warehouse of Eastern Petroleum on Villa Alfonso St. in Bambang at 5:10 p.m. was put out at 7:20 p.m.
He said the blaze reached the fifth alarm.
He said local authorities had a difficult time putting out the fire because of the presence of “lubricants” and other chemicals in the warehouse.
So far, there were no reported casualties, he said.
