Aside from the festival, a movie entitled “La Rafle–The Round Up” will also be shown for free at the Alliance Francaise de Cebu, a French language school, on Nov. 15 at 8:30 p.m.

The film is about an 11-year-old Joseph, who has taken refuge with his family at Butte Monmartre in Paris. They live quietly until the morning of July 16, 1942, when a mass arrest of 28,000 Jews was carried out. The drama documents the real experiences of French Jews who were sent from the Vélodrome to concentration camps Beaune-La-Rolande, Vichy and Berghof.
