MANILA, Philippines – There is no other mastermind behind the P10-billion pork barrel scam but Janet Lim Napoles.

Whistle-blower Benhur Luy told the Senate blue ribbon committee hearing the controversy that Napoles is the sole architect of the scheme to divert congressional funds to ghost projects and bogus non-government organizations.
“Wala pong ibang mastermind. Siya (Napoles) po ang mastermind kasi siya ang boss ko,” Luy said.
