THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has commended Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) for supporting the agency’s various initiatives in Eastern Visayas.

A Diploma of Service was given to the telco last month in recognition of its assistance that helped ensure the success of PRC’s various projects.

For the past 10 years, Smart has been conducting blood donation drives in Cebu with partners like the University of the Visayas.
