Tzu Chi, Resorts World go green

Buddhist organization Tzu Chi Foundation Phils. recently partnered with Resorts World Manila (RWM), the first integrated resort in the country that practices green initiatives, for a recycling event during the recent Earth Day celebrations. The foundation was invited to conduct a recycling activity wherein RWM’s environmental services personnel donated cartons, used paper, aluminum cans and plastic bottles to Tzu Chi volunteers who in turn use the recyclables in making thermal blankets for various relief operations in the country.
