Blue, Pink score in Cekalco

THE Blue Ice Dragon tripped Maroon, 88-81, for its 4th win in five games to snare the lead in the Juniors Division, while the Pink Panthers earned its first win in five games after beating favored Black Label Warriors, 88-80, in the CEKALCO-2013 Mayor Mike Rama Cup Inter-color basketball tournament at the A. Lopez open court.

Blue Ice Dragon led from start to finish with hot-shot Filmar Cacharro scattering a night-high 41 points while Edward Romariz and Rogen Rosales paced Maroon with 31 and 16 points, respectively.

In the other game, the Pink Panthers registered its first win after leading Black Label Warriors from start to finish to improve to 1-4.

Seboy Condrilon led Pink Panthers with a game-high 31 points while high-leaping center Ian Cacharro and Alki Bacalla paced Black Label with 21 and 15 points, respectively
