MANILA, Philippines—Manuel “Paddy” L. Lascano, a chef and culinary consultant, died on April 10 at Southern Philippines Medical Center in Davao City. He was 64.

He is survived by his wife Benedicta, president of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association; sisters Luz L. Cabrera, Leila L. Damasco, Sr. Lydia L. Lascano ICM, Lourdes L. Porticos, Leonore L. Quemada  and Lorna L. Gauce, and brothers Marte, Mario and Miguel.

He was the son of Pedro C. Lascano and Paz L. Lomad, both deceased.

His remains lie in Hermes Chapel of Cosmopolitan Funeral Parlor, Davao City.  Interment is on April 14 at Davao Memorial Park after the 9 a.m. Mass at the chapel.
