MANILA, Philippines – An aide of Caloocan City Vice Mayor Edgar Erice was shot dead Tuesday morning, Erice himself said.
Vice Mayor Erice said Sammy Delana was distributing leaflets in Phase 5, Bagong Silang when two men on a motorcycle shot him. Delana sustained three gunshot wounds in the face and two in the chest, Erice said.
The shooting happened around 11 a.m.
