Woman shot dead
A woman was shot dead by a man in barangay Labangon, Cebu City on Wednesday night.
The victim was not immediately identified.
Police said the assailant was one of two men whom the woman was talking with by the roadside before the attack.
Police said the woman was seen handing a cellphone to the assailant before she was shot in the forehead.
The gunman and his companion then fled on a motorcycle.
Paramedics from the Basak Pardo Emergency Response tried to revive the victim to no avail.
