Danilo asked his cousin to stay back so they could finish one more bottle.

Nole insisted on going home since he had to work the next day. Nole’s refusal to stay sparked an argument.

The victim left the suspect and went home.

Police said Nole went out of his house to relieve himself at 8:40 p.m. when he was attacked by the suspect.

Danilo fled and left Nole slumped on the ground.

Neighbors and relatives brought Nole to a hospital but did not make it alive.
