Snack vendor found slain in Malabon; cops eye illegal drugs

MANILA, Philippines – A 47-year-old man allegedly involved in illegal drug activities was found dead in his house in Malabon City on Wednesday, the authorities said.

The Malabon Police identified the victim as Wilmar Villadores, a snack vendor.

Police reports show that Villadores was found lying in a pool of blood in his house in Paradise Village, Barangay Tonsuya, Malabon City at around 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The victim’s body bore two stab wounds–one in chest and another in the right arm, the police added.

The police have yet to find a suspect and determine motive in the killing. Initial investigation showed that Villadores was involved in illegal drug activities and that he rents out his house to be used as a drug den.
