Negros to get P3B from sin tax

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL—The additional P3 billion that Negros Occidental will get from implementing the new sin tax law will enable the government to expand health program coverage and the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in the province, a congressman said.
