THE MUCH awaited outdoor adventure race Carrera Habagat 2012 kicks off today at the Stakili Beach Resort Compostela town, northern Cebu.
Thirteen teams will try test their wits in the four-day adventure race organized by Habagat Outdoor Equipment.
Each team will be competing in a different challenges such as kayaking, rapelling, mountain biking, running and swimming. This will serve as the highlight of Habagat’s silver anniversary this year. The last race was on 2008.
The race will kick off at 7 a.m. today and will traverse Northern Cebu, where the challenges and courses awaits each teams competing.
