Wanted: Good Samaritans to help breast cancer victim

Clara de Vera, 59, of 11 Caneville Subd., Tabing-Ilog, Marilao, Bulacan, is suffering from stage 4 breast cancer on top of acute respiratory failure. She is appealing for help from Inquirer readers in shouldering her medical bills.
