CEBU CITY, Philippines—Businessman Antonio Ouano, who owned the Ouano Wharf in Mandaue City, was shot and killed in an ambush Friday.
Senior Supt. Ouano sustained multiple injuries and was pronounced dead on arrival at the Mandaue City District hospital at past 3 p.m., Gillamac said.
Gillamac said he has created Task Force Ouano headed by his operations officer Supt. James Goforth to track down the culprit.
Gillamac said all angles were being pursued, including the business angle.
