Murder raps filed vs suspect in child killing
THE Talisay City Prosecutor’s Office took no time in finding probable cause for murder against the suspect in the killing of a two year old boy in Talisay City last Tuesday.
The Talisay City Prosecutors’ Office charged before the court Kienner Baller yesterday. No bail was recommended for him.
Baller allegedly got mad after Jeffrey Abucejo Jr., a two-year-old boy accidentally hit him while playing outside their house in barangay Biasong.
In his affidavit, the boy’s father said he was at the back of their home when he heard his wife screaming after their child was smashed in the pavement by the suspect.
They rushed the toddler to the Talisay City District Hospital,” the father said.
They were referred to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City where his son was declared dead on arrival./Reporter Ador Vincent S. Mayol
