DPWH builds classroom building in Tuburan

THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) turned over a two-classroom school building to Colonia Central School in barangay Colonia, Tuburan town in northwest Cebu on July 31.

The newly-constructed building was installed through the efforts of town Mayor Democrito Diamante.

The building is equipped with electrical installations, comfort rooms and other amenities.

School teachers thanked the Tuburan local government unit and said the project’s realization was made through the efforts of the town mayor.  The school is managed by District head Glicerio Camongay and its principal, Leonora Alesna Nengasca.

The ceremony was witnessed by the municipal and barangay officials, schools heads, teachers and some residents.
