MANILA, Philippines — Eleven persons died when fire broke out in a residential-commercial building along Carvajal Street in Binondo, Manila Friday morning, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR).
The BFP-NCR said the first alarm was raised at 7:28 a.m. and the second at 8:14 a.m.
It was declared under control at 9:31 a.m. and extinguished at 10:03 a.m.
No other details were available at the time of posting.
