Pagasa: Cloudy Monday with rain showers

MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and rain showers due to the easterlies and southwest monsoon or “habagat” are forecast nationwide on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

(Today and in the next few days, it is possible that easterlies will prevail in Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, and Dinagat Islands. These areas will have cloudy skies, scattered rain showers, lightning, and thunder.)

No gale warning is in effect over any of the country’s seaboards.
