China to PH: No need to worry over new SCS detention policy
The Philippines need not fret about China’s new regulations in the South China Sea as long as no “illicit” acts will be committed, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning said.

LTO suspends driver’s license of suspect in Edsa-Ayala road rage
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday summoned the registered owner of the vehicle involved in a road rage incident in Makati City that resulted in the fatal shooting of an individual.
In a statement, LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II said the registered car owner was identified as from Las Piñas City. The owner was ordered to appear before the LTO-National Capital Region office to explain the incident with a notarized affidavit.
