SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — Even before the month ends, the Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Port of Subic has already exceeded its collection target for May.

In a statement on Wednesday, the agency, led by lawyer Ricardo Morales II, said it had collected P4.171 billion in revenues, surpassing the monthly goal of P4.094 billion.
