Axa opens second Cebu City office

/ 09:58 AM May 10, 2012

One of the top life insurance firms in the Philippines is opening another office in Cebu City to become closer and more in touch with its customers in Cebu and the Visayas.

The new branch is “more visible, more customer-friendly” and a  “perfect fit,” said BJ Legaspi, Zone three (Visayas) regional head of Axa Philippines.

Legaspi described the location of the new office as more recognizable to the public since a volume of commuters pass by the area as compared to the first Cebu branch at the Cebu Business Park.

Part of “redefining” life insurance is the design of their new office where customers get a “more relaxed” environment, said Legaspi, since the business office is separately located in the second floor while the client’s lounge is at the ground floor.
