Hundreds get free services in Bohol

THE Cebu Queen City Lions Club (CQCLC) on Saturday conducted medical and legal missions in Alicia town, Bohol.

The event was in partnership with the Bohol Island Lion’s Club led by James Sombrio.

Present during the activity were CQCLC president Jose Ma. Gastardo and Alicia Mayor Marnilou Ayuban.

At least 255 persons were given eyeglasses, while 177 children and adults availed of medical consultations. Another 290 individuals were circumcised, 12 underwent minor surgeries, while 120 got dental services.

A legal forum was also attended by 100 people.

The event was sponsored by Cebu Far Eastern Drug Inc., International Pharmacueticals Inc., Cebu City Dental Team, municipal health office of San Miguel and the local government units of Pilar, Mabini and Candijay.
