MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) on Monday announced that another electrical maintenance and upgrading work will be conducted at the international wing of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 3 on Tuesday, August 15.

The maintenance and upgrading work will be conducted from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m and will result in a power supply interruption.

The Miaa, however, assured the public that generators will be activated to provide power to the terminal’s critical equipment.

“Generators will be activated to ensure power supply to critical equipment and facilities,” Miaa said in an advisory.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that there is no expected impact to flight operations,” it added.
