DMW lists activation dates for OFW mobile app

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has started activating its Mobile App-OFW pass after its launch on Friday in ceremonies led by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

The app became accessible in the Philippines on the same day of its launch last Friday (July 21, 2023).

Mobile App-OFW Pass is available for download in Google Play for Android devices and in Apple Store for devices using IOS on these dates in these 10 countries that host overseas Filipino workers (OFW):

July 23–Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong

The app allows OFWs to obtain OFW Pass online with these requirements per country:

Saudi Arabia—visa, ID card

Singapore—employment card, ID card

Hong Kong—ID card, permanent ID card

Qatar—residence permit, visa

Malaysia—ID card, permanent residenxe card

Oman—ID card, residence card

Japan—ID card, Mu number card, residence card, visa

Taiwan—alien resident card, residence card

UK—application registration card, residence permit, visa
