CNN Philippines’ YouTube channel temporarily down due to copyright issues

MANILA, Philippines — The YouTube channel of CNN Philippines has been temporarily disabled due to alleged copyright issues, the news outfit said on Monday.

“Please be informed that our YouTube channel is temporarily disabled due to alleged copyright issues. A notice to this effect was sent to CNN Philippines early this afternoon,” CNN Philippines said in a statement.

It assured the public that it was already in the process of resolving the issues to put the channel back online.

“We at CNN Philippines maintain our steadfast commitment to strictly adhere to copyright rules and trust that this misunderstanding will be resolved at the earliest possible time,” it added.
