Cops nab 25-old-man for alleged rape in QC

MANILA, Philippines — Authorities arrested on Tuesday a 25-year-old man for allegedly raping a drunk woman in his house in Barangay Gulod in Novaliches, Quezon City, the Quezon City Police District said on Wednesday.
Members of the Novaliches Police Station who arrested the suspect identified him as Oliver Shane Alisasis.
According to the police report, the rape happened at the suspect’s home at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday after a drinking session with his friends, including the woman.
After the party, the woman fell asleep and was later awakened by Alisasis’ sexual advances. The woman then went home and told her aunt what happened.
They sought the assistance of Novaliches Police Station.
According to QCPD, a rape complaint will be filed against Alisasis at the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
