Pagasa; Cloudy Wednesday with rain in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and several areas in Luzon on Wednesday will have cloudy skies and rain due to two different weather systems, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).  

Pagasa said the frontal system will cause cloudy skies with rain in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, and Cavite will have overcast skies with rain showers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
