LTO-NCR West offering free theoretical driving seminar on May 11-12

A group of driving schools appeals to the LTO to postpone the April 15 enforcement of a cap on driving course rates

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) West on Tuesday announced that it will offer a free two-day theoretical driving course seminar this week.

LTO-NCR West Regional Director Roque Verzosa III, in a statement, said the free seminars from May 11 to 12 will be conducted as parts of the agency’s 111th anniversary celebration.

The free seminar will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days in LTO-NCR-West, located at 20 G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City and Pasay City Licensing Center (PCLC) at Pasay Compound, Domestic Road, Pasay City.

Verzosa reminded interested applicants that confirmed appointments are non-transferable and non-rebookable. 

“The received confirmation will serve as proof of your booking schedule before entering the office premises,” Verzosa said. 

He added that applicants must personally attend both sessions.
