LTO NCR-West reopens education center; offers free driving course
MANILA, Philippines — A free 15-hour theoretical driving course is currently being offered at the Land Transportation Office National Capital Region West (LTO NCR-west) after it reopened its education center, the agency announced Thursday.
According to the LTO NCR-west director Roque Verzosa III, the education center was reopened under the guidance of LTO chief Jay Art.Tugade.
Verzosa explained that the said education center is offering the course for novice or new drivers to learn the basics of safe driving, including the laws, rules, and regulation.
The free driving course is scheduled every Thursday and Friday.

- The applicant must personally attend both sessions.
- There will be limited slots due to social distancing.
The LTO NCR-West branch also announced the reopening of the Pasay City Licensing Center (PCLC) on Jan. 26 and Jan. 27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
