MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Central Luzon (PDEA-3) arrested on Monday an alleged operator of a drug den and his four patrons in Dau village in this city.
In a statement, PDEA-3 said the operation also resulted in the confiscation of some P103,500 worth of shabu (crystal meth).
Around 3 p.m. on Monday, PDEA-3 operatives conducted a buy-bust operation against Alexander Remintilla, 48, alleged operator of the drug den.
The lawmen arrested the suspect after the latter received the marked peso bills and handed over a small sachet of shabu to an undercover agent.
Four other people inside the drug den were also arrested.
The suspects face charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
