4 nabbed in Mabalacat ‘drug den’

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Pampanga (PDEA-Pampanga) agents and the local police arrested Thursday four men who allegedly yielded some P81,600 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) inside a suspected drug den in Lakandula village in this city.
In a statement, the PDEA-Region 3 identified the suspects as Luisito Maristela, 35; Eduard Naca, 39; Mark Jay Sanchez, 39; and Tyron Dizon, 26.
It said six pieces of heat-sealed transparent sachets of alleged shabu with a combined weight of 12 grams, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked buy-bust peso bill were confiscated from the suspects.
The four men are facing charges for alleged violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
