Cavite drug suspect busted, P102,000 shabu seized

Murder suspect arrested 29 years later as millionaire

LUCENA CITY – Police arrested a drug suspect in Bacoor City, Cavite in a buy-bust operation on Saturday and seized an estimated P102,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth).

The Regional Police 4A said the Bacoor City police arrested nabbed Benjamin Omedes at about 7:30 p.m. during a buy-bust operation in Barangay (village) Talaba 7.

Omedes yielded  four sachets of meth weighing 15 grams.

He was detained and will face a formal complaint for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
