MANILA, Philippines — Thunderstorms are more likely to develop over Greater Metro Manila on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Pagasa, in a bulletin issued at 10 a.m., hoisted a thunderstorm “watch” level over Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna.
“Thunderstorm is MORE LIKELY to develop over [Greater Metro Manila area] … within 12 hours,” Pagasa said in a Twitter post.
“All are advised to continue monitoring for updates,” it added.
According to Pagasa weather expert Obet Badrina, it rained throughout Metro Manila and adjacent regions on Tuesday morning.
