Motorcycle rider dies in Albay road mishap

LEGAZPI CITY — A motorcycle rider died in a road mishap Friday in Ligao City in Albay, a report said Saturday, March 25.
Lieutenant Kharren Formales, Albay police spokesperson, said in a report that while driving his motorcycle, Junard Regalado, 22, hit a pile of boulders at the right lane of the road in Barangay Batang at 11:40 p.m.
Formales said the area was dark and full of aggregates for the ongoing construction of the dike near the area.
The victim was taken to a hospital but died while being treated.
Investigation is ongoing.
