10 suspected drug pushers busted in Bacoor City

Two alleged big-time drug traffickers were arrested on Saturday night, November 12, and yielded over P251-million worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Imus City in Cavite province.

LUCENA CITY — At least 10 suspected drug pushers were arrested early Tuesday, March 21, and yielded shabu worth P68,000 in Bacoor City, Cavite.

Members of the city drug enforcement unit collared at 12:20 a.m. Werhan Siega, Eddie Tezado, Raymond Reyes, Michael Catiin, and Charity Pagar in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Queensrow West, the Police Region 4A said in a report.

Seized from the suspects were eight plastic sachets of meth with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P34,000.

An hour later, the same team collared Darlycel Mohamad, Ronald Dela Cruz, Jennifer Cloma, William Gellado, and Dulce delos Reyes in another drug sting in Barangay San Nicolas 3.

The group was found in possession of eight sachets of shabu with a total DDB value of P34,000.

All arrested suspects were tagged as street-level shabu peddlers in the locality.

They were detained at the local police jail and are facing charges of violatinG the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
