Caloocan promotes 38 personnel to plantilla positions

MANILA, Philippines — The city of Caloocan on Sunday promoted 38 local government personnel to plantilla or permanent positions in recognition of their skills and dedication.

In a statement on Sunday, Caloocan Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan lauded the 38 employees for their dedication and eagerness to improve themselves and their skills to serve the citizens of Caloocan to the best of their abilities.

“Binabati ko po ang bawat-isa sa inyo, sobra niyo po akong pinahanga sa inyong dedikasyon at pagpupursigi na paunlarin ang inyong mga sarili at inyong kakayahan upang buong husay na mapaglingkuran ang ating mga kababayan,” Malapitan said.

(I congratulate each of you, you have impressed me so much with your dedication and effort to develop yourselves and your abilities to serve our countrymen with full skill.)

“Ang inyong promosyon at pagiging regular na empleyado ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ang ating sukli sa inyong galing, sipag at tiyaga. Hiling ko’y magsilbi po kayong inspirasyon sa iba pa nating mga kapwa lingkod bayan,” he added.

According to Malapitan, the 38 personnel included honor graduates, board and civil service passers, and outstanding employees.

Meanwhile, local Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) Officer-in-Charge, Lorilei Del Carmen gave assurance that each of the city’s hard work and excellence will continuously be recognized, and that their capabilities will be developed through seminars, training and workshops.
