‘Shabu’ worth P85,000 seized from 6 suspects in Zambales

SUBIC, Zambales — Authorities in this town confiscated at least P85,000 worth of alleged “shabu” (crystal meth) during an anti-narcotics operation early Wednesday, March 8.

The local police said they arrested six drug suspects during the operation around 1 a.m. in Barangay Calapacuan.

The suspects were identified as Judelito Alburo, 33; Sheryl Reyes, 43; Jerry Maure, 48; Jerome Cezar Rodriguez, 33; Julie Marie Beato, 43; and Jayson Juico, 31.

Confiscated from them were 14 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing about 12.5 grams of shabu.
