LTO licensing center in Parañaque City posts over P16 million revenue in a year

The LTO says its Parañaque Licensing Center has generated total revenue of P16, 812, 140 since it became operational in February 2022.

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Sunday said that its Parañaque Licensing Center has generated total revenue of P16, 812, 140 since it became operational in February 2022.

The Parañaque Licensing Center of the LTO is located at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). It opened on February 23, 2022, and has since issued more than 44,765 driver’s licenses and permits.

“Sa isang taon na nag-o-operate ang Parañaque Licensing Center libo-libo sa ating mga motorista na ang napagsilbihan na nagresulta rin ng kita sa kaban ng ating bayan,” LTO NCR-West Regional Director Roque Verzosa III said in a statement.

(In the one year that the Parañaque Licensing Center has been operating, thousands of our motorists have been served which also resulted in income for our treasury.)

Also, Verzosa said the Parañaque Licensing Center actively conducts anti-fixing campaigns and law enforcement activities within its geographical area of operations (GAOR).

Seminars on road safety are also being conducted for public utility drivers at the PITX.
