LEGAZPI CITY — Authorities arrested a high-value drug suspect, and recovered shabu (crystal meth) worth P1,020,000 in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday night, Feb. 22, in Daet town in Camarines Norte province .
Lieutenant Colonel Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said in a report that Catherine Quibral, 30, was arrested around 8:45 p.m. in Barangay Pamorangon.
Calubaquib said about 150 grams of shabu were recovered during the operation.
The suspect faces charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
